Okay, so if you've been following my Facebook and Instagram, you know that I've been stoked to get to this image since I shot them - only last night!! It's hard not to love every photo when you have a couple as photogenic and in love as these two. I never had to pose them once, they were just such naturals and my camera loved every minute of it.

Meet Kaylen and Ryan, they're getting married in Mexico in April. I met these two for the first time at Andrew Haydon Park last night, yes there, again. Kaylen found me through Livingsocial, and am I ever glad she did.

To see their full session, check out the PASS gallery.

These are their babies, Marlow and Bob.

They just kept laughing and smiling the whole time, even the obvious joke faces look cute.

Talk about a gorgeous pear-shaped rock!

Pro models right here!

Their love was definitely not hiding from the camera, and it made for some genuine images.

This is probably one of my favourites.

Ryan could probably be a director - "how about we try this.."

travel | bar harbor, me

9/07/2013

It's been about a week since my boyfriend and I took our first trip together, also my first trip to the ocean. I thought I'd share some of my favourite images. After two years of my boyfriend's whole family raving about Bar Harbor, ME, Max thought it would be appropriate to take me there.

As students, we budgeted as much as possible - and I'll say we did have a pretty incredible trip for how little we spent. We stayed in an adorable little cabin at Hadley's Point Campground. I hope that when we go back (because we will) that we will have a little bit more money to spend on fancy things.

It was my first time driving a manual transmission car for that length of time. Great practice since I am also looking into buying my first car! Along with my whole list of firsts, I hit Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine for the first time! Oh, and kayaking let alone sea kayaking. I'll need to get the photos from that, they are all on Max's cell phone.

We splurged on the way back, stopping at a hotel in Montreal, QC - a real bed, a few drinks, swimming pool, relaxation. While we were there we checked out l'Oratoire Saint-Joseph du Mont-Royal. If there's one thing I can say...check out 2 cats inn & café in Bar Harbor!

Oh hey, getting married in Maine? I'll be a Bar Harbor wedding photographer too! Take me back, please! I promise your wedding photos will be AH-MAZ-ZING!

I don't have too much to say because it was all too much for words. Enjoy the rest of my photos. I'll leave you with this - if you are looking for an eventful, yet quiet and relaxing trip, Bar Harbor, ME is your place.

Cheers!
